Stories from a Gentle Wind

After months of preparation and hard work, our fundraising activity Amihan: Indayog at Lahi is behind us. Words cannot begin to express how grateful we are to everyone who became a part of this event:

Our partners, Polecats Manila, whose bravery, determination, and dedication constantly took our breaths away — and for listening to two girls with a story to tell;

Mr Manny V Pangilinan and Meralco Theatre, for your generosity and support;

Our co-presenters, sponsors, and media partners, without whose support this event would not be possible;

LPU Dance Troupe and Kontra-GaPi, whose artistry and musicality truly completed every performance;

Kuya Bodjie Pascua, whose larger-than-life presence animated these old myths for a new generation of listeners;

Amihan 509

Our production staff, technical, and stage crew, who helped with every aspect of the show: from directing to music to set design to choreography to ushering guests to selling merchandise and whatever task we may have forgotten now;

Our video team, who was there at every rehearsal, every meeting, making sure we documented every aspect of this production;

Our blogger friends and photographers, who helped call attention to our event and our cause;

Our old friends at Virlanie Foundation, Museo Pambata, and our new ones at Teach for the Philippines, for allowing us to bring these stories to you;

Our Eskritoryo Pilipinas volunteers, who generously assisted us set up our booth, take care of kids, take care of things backstage, and assured us that we were doing the right thing;

Our family and friends, for their patience and understanding;

and our Almighty Father, who continues to bless and guide us. To You be the glory.
