Silid-Aklatan ni Bren, Inc. is an non-governmental organization that seeks to establish and operate libraries in Pampanga, in partnership with different non-governmental organizations, civil society groups, and local government units.

The Youth P.O.W.E.R. (Promotes Opportunities for Worthwhile and Effective Reading) program at Kalayaan National High School in Caloocan City encourages reading circles, story re-tellings, and book discussions among high school students. The group also encourages the high school students to speak English “without fear, without shame, and without guilt.” Book lovers who qualify to join are issued a POWER Card, which allows them to participate and borrow books from the reading lounge. The group also has a twenty-book reading challenge.

Located in the heart of Manila, Museo Pambata is a children’s museum where learning begins and fun never ends.

Virlanie Foundation is a non-government organization (NGO) reaching out to street children. It cares for children in need of special protection: abandoned, abused, exploited, neglected, orphaned, poor. Founded by French social worker, Dominique Lemay and his Filipino friends, the non-profit foundation celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2012.

Polecats Manila is now considered to be the premier pole dancing school in the country. Located at the heart of Ortigas, their studio boasts of professional grade equipment of the highest standards for safety and quality. Polecats are taking pole dancing to new heights. As a performance group, Polecats deliver fluidity in motion, with performances that fuse ballet, jazz and gymnastics.
